Purchases are final; aiAllure's terms state all sales are non-refundable except where required by law, and EU buyers explicitly waive their 14-day withdrawal right at checkout in exchange for immediate delivery. Refunds are granted at aiAllure's discretion for a verified duplicate charge or a confirmed failure to deliver a purchased plan. Cancelling is self-serve from account settings or by email, takes effect at the end of the paid period, and unused tokens carry over with no expiry.
