Terms of Service, Refund and Dispute Policies, verbatim: "You have 24 hours after your payment to request a refund. Refunds will not be issued if your request is made more than 24 hours after payment. However, refunds will be denied if you have used more than 20 tokens, regardless of the time elapsed before the refund request." Credits bought with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable. A chargeback revokes access and the remaining credits from the disputed payment when the dispute is opened; support at [email protected] acknowledges a complaint within 24 hours.

Nothing recurring exists to cancel. Their Terms say so directly: "Because every purchase is a one-time, non-recurring credit top-up, there is no subscription and no recurring charge to cancel." Balance and full purchase history sit under the Profile icon, and account deletion is self-service from the personal center per their FAQ.
